Note that the 3830TG and 3830T Notebooks from Acer use the same drivers and these are listed on this page. Also note that these drivers are in both Windows 7 and Windows 8 version with both 32bit and 64bit drivers. Note they are listed with the OS next to the driver name.

You will see that there are 3 laptops which are very similar in name and setup. Ensure that you have the correct laptop and not the Acer Aspire 3820TZ Notebook or the Acer Aspire 3810TZ Laptop from Acer.
